Do you have pets’ policy?

Our resort does not allow pets.

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Our check in time is 2 pm and check out time is 12 noon.

Is it possible to check-in earlier?

Early check in is subject to availability, to secure the room for early check in please inform 1 night in advance.

How do I cancel my resort reservation without a charge?

Please email [email protected] for cancellation request and they will inform if the booking is chargeable or not.

Can I check-in if the booking is under some else’s name?

Confirmation of the booking is required upon check in with your passport.

Can I make a booking on behalf of another person but pay it with my own credit cards?

It's possible to do only with a completion of the Payment Under Taking form with a copy both side credit card which needs to be sent to our reservation prior to guest's arrival for verification. More info please contact direct to our Reservation Team.

What types of rooms are available in the resort and what are the differences between the rooms?

We have Superior, Deluxe Garden, Deluxe Pool Access, Corner Suites, Jacuzzi Suites, Private Pool Villa, Lagoon Pool Villa and Two Bedroom villa with lagoon access or Beach front. For more details of each room type, please visit our Rooms page.

What are the sizes of your king bed and single bed?

Our king bed is 6 feet wide and single bed is 3.5 feet wide.

What is the resort’s policy regarding children?

Children ages 0 - 4 yrs stay free in the same room with parent with free breakfast. Children under 12 stay free in the same room with parent, ABF charge half price. Ages 12 and above is considered as an adult.

Does the resort provide baby-sitting services?

Baby sitting service is available with advance reservation with charge applicable by hour.

Are baby cots available?

Yes, baby cot is available upon request.

Where is the breakfast served and at what time?

Breakfast is served from 6:00am - 10:30am at Staa's restaurant.

How many restaurants do you have and what are they?

We have Staa's restaurant serve daily breakfast and international cuisine, Brezza restaurant serve Italian food, Aqua Café is for light snack around the pool, Blue Biscuit is for Tapas and Mezze Cigars, Terrace Bar and Light Bite are for light snacks.

Is vegetarian food available in the restaurants?

Yes.

Is the food served in the restaurant halal?

Our food vendors are halal certified but our kitchen is not a halal kitchen. Halal food can be requested in advance.

Do you have 24 hours room service?

Yes.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?

All rooms in our resort are non-smoking.

Which room types have a smoking room option available?

Is smoking permitted anywhere on the resort premises?

We have a cigar lounge available at Blue Biscuit other than that smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

We have only Double bed room and twin room
